Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The online bookings can be cancelled before one hour of the scheduled event, whatsoever the reason it be.
• The booking amount will be refunded fully within 14 working days. of cancellation
• If the patient does not turn up at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
• In the case a doctor could not attend at the scheduled time, then a refund will be issued.
• If there is technical difficulty in turning up, the rescheduling is permitted and hence refund will not be issued.
• By any special reasons if the technical issue is not solved or patient cannot opt for re-scheduling, refund will be issued only upon the discretion of Ashtamgam
• The refunds will be after deducting the transaction charges, if any.
• Patients may also request for a refund through [email protected] for any advance paid / any other circumstances. The same will be processed as per the discretion of Ashtamgam.
• Post approval, we will process the refund within 7 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days
