Shipping Policy

Ashtamgam ships to locations within India using reputable courier services. For major metro areas, orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment. For smaller towns and remote areas, delivery may take 5-7 business days or more.

For international shipments, delivery timelines vary greatly depending on the destination country. On average, orders ship within 1-3 business days and are delivered within 7-14 business days. Some remote countries may take longer.

When checking out, please carefully verify the shipping address as we cannot guarantee deliveries to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the courier service.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

If an order cannot be successfully delivered, the customer will be notified and a refund issued for the product amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of unsuccessful delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

The products delivered by Ashtamgam may be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Items should be unopened and unused with original packaging and tags attached. Upon receipt of returned items in saleable condition, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days, minus any applicable shipping charges.

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

If a product could not be delivered due to an invalid shipping address, a refund will be issued minus shipping and return shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request.  If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any costs and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.
