Return & Refund Policy

The products delivered by Ashtamgam may be returned to us within 15 days of purchase. Items should be unopened or not tampered. Upon receipt of items, refund will be processed within a week after deducting the shipping charges, if any. If the product is returned due to the improper address / delivery location, refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and return charges if any. If the product could not be delivered for reasons beyond your control, a total refund will be issued. In all these cases, the final decision will be that of Ashtamgam. It will not bind you at all. Shipping Policy

Ashtamgam can ship the items to any location within India, provided the shipping / logistic agency confirms the address for delivery. For International deliveries, the shipping can be confirmed only after confirming the documents required along with shipments. If items cannot be delivered at address / destination due to the non reach ability of logistics / shipping agency, refund will be initiated accordingly. Since the shipping is entirely processed based on the address you provide, always confirm with the logistic / shipping agency for confirmed delivery before proceeding.
